We have designed our online store to offer you many options when choosing a fixture. Choices include finish, length, etc. Due to the difficulty in tracking complex orders through a web based system, the number of ordering options through this web site is limited.

Finishes on all fixtures are natural, not painted. They vary slightly in color and some are mottled.
A lot of our glass is hand blown. It can have different characteristics like small bubbles, and texture variances.
Alabaster is a natural stone. We cannot control where or how much veining shows up on a piece. (Veining shows up as brown, black or green veins).
When using existing house wiring, we recommend you take down the old fixture before ordering to be certain of box location and mounting conditions.
With older homes be sure to consult an electrician. We are UL listed for dry locations and all our fixtures are made to today's UL standards.
Unfortunately, We Do Not Sell Parts and we cannot do appraisals on fixtures.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our fixtures, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We consider all of our fixtures custom since we build them one at a time for you. We highly recommend you cut a piece of cardboard the size of the selected glass and mock it up in your space to determine size compatibility and overall length.
WARRANTY
We warranty our products for one year from the date of purchase against defective parts and workmanship. We do not guarantee fixtures that have been damaged by heat from light bulbs that exceed the UL wattage label.
PRIVACY
We do not share any of your personal information with anyone. The information we request is strictly to help us serve you. Any credit card numbers are encrypted on our server before we receive them. We do not save any information in a database.
SHIPPING
UPS ground shipping charges are automatically added to
your order. We charge 20% for shipping and handling within the continental United
States. Oversized pieces (like our chandeliers) will be assessed on an individual
basis.

ORDERING TIME
We do not stock fixtures. Orders typically take 4-6 weeks plus shipping time.
